Commercial Loan Analyst        --Cerritos Headquarter

Description: Confer with commercial lenders to establish broker/correspondent relationship and exchange credit information; prepare, maintain and update reports concerning the pricing and guidelines of commercial lenders; provide loan officers with trainings as to lending processing and underwriting structures; provide prospective loan applicants with guidance i.e. determining the best type of loan and explaining loan requirements or restrictions; analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property cash flow to determine feasibility of granting loans; complete loan applications according to policies, including credit analyses and summaries of loan requests, and submit for approval. Solid background in commercial lending, MBA required.
